Our approach keeps communications open and the process running smoothly so we can manage to agreed-upon timelines and budgets. We encourage phone calls and emails, and enjoy in-person meetings too.
01 establish goals
During our initial call or meeting, we learn about your marketing goals and project, and share our process and initial questions. We usually discuss a ballpark estimate and timing so we can create a team and plan within our mutual understanding.
02 target our approach
We will forward an estimate, a project approach/phases, and timing, based on the scope of the project and agreed-upon expectations. We request ½ of the estimated cost for the work to begin. Depending on the project and client, the remaining balance will be invoiced during the final phases of the project or upon completion. Payment is expected upon receipt of invoices.
03 dive deep and discover
We kick off the project with an information-gathering session and review any documents and digital assets you share. We invite team members to participate.
04 develop and design
We then develop strategy, creative concepts and content based on the shared documents and project briefing. We often present the content and/or creative concepts in person or in a shared screen meeting. Interim steps (such as outlines or site maps, for example) may occur. The project typically includes 2 rounds of revisions. If the project requires additional rounds or the scope changes, we will inform you and invoice accordingly.
05 launch AND FOLLOW Through
Happy day! Once we have final approval, we will release the project files to you or your designated vendors. All final files are owned by the client after we receive final payment.
Typically, we track the programs with our clients or through agreed-upon metrics so we can assess and revise as needed.
